I love sharing knowledge about the human body and geek out about nutrition and exercise science, but more than that I deeply value the connections I make with my clients. What inspired you to start your own business?

I want to impact as many lives as I can in ways that fit with my personal code of ethics, having people & relationships -not sales numbers- be the primary drivers of success.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I will mask with any client at their request, keep clients informed of any type of illness/symptoms I may be expericing, reschedule sessions if either the client or I are feeling unwell, or if someone in the household has been unwell, depending on the client's level of comfort.

Equipment is cleaned between clients.
