What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help women feel confident with themselves. I love seeing their progressions throughout our training sessions- both mentally and physically.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have 2+ years in experience in coaching women for weight loss, sculpting, muscle building, and just building overall health. I taught weekly workouts to 40 women and one on one coaching and know exactly the exercises needed to achieve your dream body.
