Mel is the best trainer that I have ever worked with.Methods:She is strict, but it's really the encouragement that helps me stay pumped and motivated. She is such a beast and what she does and she helps me want to become the best fit self I could be. I like how we use weights, I was at first intimidated, but I got over that quick. I'm thankful I learned the RIGHT way to lift, because it can be dangerous and she taught me the RIGHT WAY! (redundant, just wanna repeat how good she is).I like how she teaches me the right way to work out and how to use the machines. She combines work outs that I thought I would never do. Schedule:She's in high demand, but she is willing to work with your schedule. Just make sure you keep and open communication. If you can't tell already she's awesome! I've seen a difference in my stamina after 4 months of training with Mel. I feel so good she helped me gain the confidence in the gym and I think I'm ready for that beach body lol! Love you Mel!!!!!! Most people plateau because they are doing the same thing over and over. Your body is constantly adapting so your workouts must constantly be changing. My programs follow the progressive overload principle, which means my clients are continually changing their weights, rep range, tempo, OR volume. This will not allow the body to adapt (plateau) since it's constantly experience a "new" challenge.
My clients get GREAT results and love that there's something new every week.

I love everything about working with new people and building relationships with clients I've had over the years.
The environment at my training facility is always so positive and motivating, it makes it easy to bring clients into.
The thing I love MOST about my job is the look on my client's faces when they start seeing results. Within weeks, their attitudes' are brighter, confidence is higher, and determination is greater. The first several sessions their trusting me and the process, after they start seeing results they trust themselves and that they can achieve what they thought that couldn't. Nothing beats seeing my clients energy change throughout the process.

My own fitness journey started over 5 years ago. I understand the struggles, the limitations, and the frustrations because I started there as well. Being uncomfortable or not knowing what to do in the gym, not having the time or energy after working long days, poor eating habits or unhealthy lifestyle.. I've experience all of it. I have a passion to help others overcome these barriers and be the best version of themselves.
It's peer joy seeing my clients achieve their fitness goals, build their confidence, and beat all fears and doubts they once attained.
