What inspired you to start your own business?
Sense of Accomplishment. Creating a successful business and earning the respect of friends and business acquaintances are factors that motivate me to become an entrepreneur. I feel that I am offering a valuable service to my customers, and pride myself on doing the best job possible.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I Encourage them to engage in healthy habits. The healthier my clients are, the better their ability to avoid becoming a victim of the outbreak. Wipe down all the equipment before and after use. I also provide at home workouts if a client is concerned about the Covid-19.

Going over all medical history, injuries, body goals, and nutrition recommendations. (Will do in person or phone call)
Online personal training
Will create with multiple training phases that species clients goals
