Jamie was very helpful with my goals both fitness and nutrition focused. Going it alone is so hard to do so having the accountability with Jamie and advice/support at any time i needed it was the difference maker! 10/10

Personal Trainers

Jamie and I just finished our first package of personal training. I have had personal trainers before and though I have no real complaints about them, I can confidently say that no trainer has ever been as professional, knowledgable, and as effective as Jamie. I love that her service comes with so many extras. And the app is a cool bonus. During our first 6 week plan, I trained 3x/week with her and really nailed nutrition, and I lost 17lbs! I have been working out with Jamie for about a year and a half. When the gyms closed down, we transitioned to training independently and she came to my home instead. I have had a few trainers over the years. All of them were good, but Jamie is great, and here's why: After doing our assessment, she gave me a packet of information on myself including flexibility scores, body type, performance scores, and all kinds of stuff. It was more information than I've ever received from a trainer. Then, she used that information to work up a second packet- my 6 week plan. That included a schedule, specific things we will be working on, and goals for me to reach. Every time we finish a plan, we restart the whole thing. I love it. She also likes to include what she calls "field day" where we go someplace else to workout from time to time. I really appreciate her knowledge and also how she tries to make it fun. More...

I have worked with Jamie since the start of Covid. My gym here in downtown closed and I started looking for mobile trainers to come to my home and found her. Thanks to Jamie, not only have I avoided the lockdown weight gain, I've lost fat and put on lean muscle. We're really working on my post-lockdown body and I'm looking forward to emerging from stay-at-home even better than when it began. Additionally, I think that maintaining my schedule with Jamie through the pandemic has helped me avoid some of the depression and feelings of listlessness many have reported throughout 2020. With each purchase of a personal training package, I include a comprehensive and free assessment of each client. Once the assessment is complete, I give the client a full evaluation of their assessment along with a detailed plan for their sessions with me, personal workouts, and their meals. Additionally, clients can download my personal app from Apple and Google app markets. I use this app to keep track of client assignments, compliance to plan, nutrition, progress, and to issue workouts for them to do on their own. It is a complete support system.

The secret to fitness in general is to re-educate yourself as to what it means to get and be fit. This is not a destination, it is a lifestyle. And in order to make it part of YOUR lifestyle, you've got to change your approach, opinions, and perceptions when it comes to your fitness behavior.

Though helping people look and feel better is a fantastic feeling, my most loved moments are when I see clients do something they've never been able to do before for the first time. One time, I saw one of my clients perform her first unassisted pull up. When she got to the top of the bar and realized she'd done it, she literally screamed with joy. Those are the moments I live for.

I like to go my own way. I have very specific ideals on the way personal training should be performed and served to the client. It's pretty simple :)

I would never tell someone what they should or shouldn't do. However, those who choose to work with me will have a trainer dedicated to their success. Someone there to constantly support and encourage and with the kind of knowledge that can get them there.

I do have options for training remote. Please contact me to discuss.

I disinfect all equipment after each client and then again before. I wear my mask, gloves, and maintain 6-feet unless necessary. I can also accommodate additional requests made by my clients.
