I worked with Jeff about a year ago and was on his program for about 6 months. I was 54 at the time and lost 45 pounds working with Jeff's program, which got me right where I wanted to be weight wise. More importantly, I felt much stronger, more fit, and able to perform the sports I love, namely racquetball and mountain biking.I've worked out for most of my life and thought I was pretty well-versed on how to do so. That turned out to be false. Jeff really knows how to take you from where you are to where you want to be. Doctors would call that "meeting the patient where they are". He's constantly educating you on proper technique, how your body really works, and giving you tricks to maximize your time in the gym and to make your calories count. Much of this comes from his time competing as a body builder, but is not overly burdensome. Having said that, you will need to put in the work and embrace a measure of dietary discipline... no surprises there.Jeff is not one of these run-of-the-mill gym trainers marking off sets and reps on a checklist. He knows when you are hurting and when you are holding back, and will push you right to that line without allowing you to injure yourself. It really is uncanny that he knows to stop you at just the right rep... no more counting to 10, that means nothing! I LOVE THIS PLACE! (I almost didn't want to write a review so no one knows about this gem.) I have been a member of popular chain gym, gone to boot camps, done INSANITY at home etc and this gym is exactly what I have been looking for. In fact I'm about to train for a half marathon and have been blowing off my running (or lack there of) to attend one of the classes here instead.Andy listens to what you want to transform and creates unique circuit class each day for us to train and confuse all of our muscle groups. I love that the class sizes are small so that he can correct your form to make sure you are executing each circuit to the best of your performance ability. I was thinking about getting a personal trainer and you don't need one if you come here. My favorite workouts are open gym because Andy will give you a personalized circuit to kick your booty, arms, abs (whatever you tell you want to work on that day.) I also enjoy the low lights and the fun lights and the pump up music too. The image is exactly what it looks like when you do your circuit. Lights come on when we rest between our circuits.It's not intimidating and you get what you put in. I recommend trying it, no matter what your fitness level is. You will have a blast (and get the body you are looking for too.)

I love this place! First, let me start by saying that this is an awesome place to workout, not your typical gym and definitely not a CrossFit location. Bodyforge has high-quality trainers that support you throughout all workouts. Anthony, Olivia, Chris, and Vinni are super knowledgable. They are always checking you have the right form and help you achieve your goals.BodyForge is more of a semi-private training facility, where you typically have your own station so that you can work at your own pace (not circuit training). They have new workouts every day to ensure your body is constantly being challenged. What separate this gym from others (besides being semiprivate) is the community. A big family that pushes each other in a very healthy and friendly way. The support is amazing! They have a 6-week challenge, but I decided not to do it. I wanted something long term and I'm glad I found this place. My body fat percentage is constantly decreasing... Yay! Plus I have a ton of energy and I'm getting stronger every day!!

It was in March of this year that I was suffering from lower back pain..........my insurance allowed me to go to the physical therapist of my choice. My wife and I own a salon near LeBauer Physical Therapy and on a whim I told the insurance company that I would go there due to location. Very fortunate was I to have gone there. Aaron LeBauer and his wife own their practice - his wife does massage therapy and I have not experienced her work - however, Dr. LeBauer did wonders for me, determining that my issue was contracted muscles in my lower back he worked therapy with me for six straight Wednesdays, gave me detailed instructions on exercises and the use of a small ball to work the muscles in my lower back. He was knowledgeable and practical in his advice to me. A relaxing environment and pleasant people - I will go back should I need therapy in the future - but now it is November and using his recommended exercises I am feeling so much better - thanks.

I have lost 35 pounds!!! I stepped on the scale this morning and my eyes filled with tears. A few months ago my doctor told me that I was obese and needed to loose weight. Wow, I didn't realize I was that big... I was embarrassed and ashamed and realized that I was constantly making excuses as to why the number had gotten so big and why I deserved that chocolate or donut. For me loosing weight is not about being skinny. It's about being healthy and feeling good in my own skin! I want to be able to chase my son and play with him without getting quickly winded or feeling self conscious. So I decided to make the commitment and make the change starting with a personal trainer to teach me how to eat right and workout properly... I am so grateful that I found Masha @21fitday She has helped me change my body and outlook on food. I love her and am forever grateful for the positive changes she has brought to my life. And... Should I work out every day of the week?
It depends on your end goal. If you’re training for a marathon, you might work out nearly every day of the week. If you’re a low-level beginner, a minimum of three times a week is enough to make a noticeable impact. No matter what you’re working out for, everyone needs rest and recovery days. Without them, your muscles won’t be able to recuperate and grow strong, so remember to factor in some down-time, too!
