There is a popular saying.. “If you want to go fast, go alone. And, if you want to go far go with a team. Juan and Lifestyle Academy give you a best of both worlds scenario for your fitness goals - fast progress and results beyond your wildest dreams! I’m so happy I decided to take my health seriously and incorporate them for both learning - do the right things that matter (skip the fads) - and as accountability partners to make sure I was committed to my goals and if I started to quit on myself they were right there to get me back on track. Over the last 5 years, I have worked with many different fitness trainers and gyms but not one has been able to measure in comparison to Juan. I was inspired to start my own fitness business because my passion for mastering sports and becoming the best at each one has been with me since I was a child.
