Consistency and commitment to a program; patience that if the first is done, the results will follow. Continuing to vary the program so the body stays challenged and does not plateau. Making nutrition a part of the program is important. Lasting results take some time but, but they are so worth it.

I love helping people discover the best version of themselves. I love helping them accomplish their goals, and often go beyond what they thought was possible. I enjoy seeing their confidence soar as we make progress and move toward the finish line.

I didn't want to adhere to a one-size fits all approach that many larger gyms have. My approach with clients, my philosophy, and my creativity flourish better when I can work as my own boss.

I have over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry. I have experience in helping all kinds of clients reach their goals, from corporate executives and successful creatives, to retirees and stay-at-home parents. I continually embark on continuing education certifications and conferences, so I can bring my clients the most current trends research in health and fitness. I have certifications and/or training in BARRE, TRX, Boxing, HIIT Training, Water Exercise, Strength Training, Mat Pilates, Indoor Cycling, and more. This keeps it topical for my clients and fun for me.

Services can be provided virtually via FaceTime or Zoom, as well as on-demand learning for some of the workouts and nutrition.

If we are training in person, I sanitize equipment in between clients and am happy to wear a mask if necessary. Another option is for the client to provide their own small equipment (dumbbells, mats, tubing, etc.)
