We provide unparalleled coaching expertise and high quality equipment. We never throw a session together; we have built two years of results driven programs for our group training! We begin by making sure every client has proper technique and understands why we do what we do!

What do you love most about your job?

We love that we are able to help each client gain confidence in the gym and achieve their goals! We believe in Strength. We want to make you comfortable with being outside your comfort zone. With a focus on the PRIMEIGHT: Squat, Front Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Incline Press, Bench Press, Dip, and Chin-Up, you will reach new personal records.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am one of three of the KILO Crew! We moved to Huntington Beach to follow our dream of opening up a facility in sunny SoCal. My two partners, the head strength coaches, Stephane and Alexandra and I have personally worked with each other for 5 years as co-workers and they have been my trainers. I cannot say enough about their commitment to their clients and the results they get! They have worked with everyone from general population to professional athletes with a total of 40 years combined experience. We are so excited to open our doors and start helping you reach your goals!
