Over the last three years, I have transitioned to personal training and running small group classes out of my home gym. This has allowed me to better serve my clients and their needs. Working out of my clean, private and well equipped home gym helps eliminate the distractions of a big gym and I am able to keep my prices reasonable and fair.

I like to exercise but lack to motivation to do it alone. Kyle does an amazing job at figuring out exactly what each client needs to succeed at their goals. I have had both private sessions and also attend some Saturday morning group sessions. His gym is sooooo much nicer than going to a traditional crowded gym and there are all ages and fitness levels at the group class on any given Saturday. I can't say enough about Kyle. Calling him a fantastic trainer would be an understatement. It's a generic compliment and Kyle is far from a generic trainer.
He's patient but firm; important qualities you need from someone helping you try to achieve your fitness goals. He's careful to tailor workouts to your specific needs. For example, I have bad shoulders; dislocated both of them years ago. He implemented an exercise routine that strengthened my shoulders without stressing them and possibly dislocating them again. He modified weight training exercises that were easier on my shoulders.
Although he was sensitive to my physical limitations he never hesitated to push me to my limits. I'd often curse his name during our workouts but I would always thank him afterwards. He would challenge me far more than I would ever challenge myself.
I offer this specific example to encourage anyone to at least give Kyle a try. The only thing you have to lose is pounds. Unless of course you want to put on some muscle. Then the opposite would be true. Because Kyle can do both. But seriously, he's a fantastic trainer.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
A large part of my job is providing a fun and supportive place for you to exercise safely. In doing this, not only does it help you train harder and more efficiently, it helps you stay accountable to your fitness and nutrition goals. When a new client starts working with me, we discuss specific and realistic goals and actively work towards achieving those goals. On top of all that, I will always be prepared for your sessions and we will track every workout to make sure that we are making progress week to week.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency! If you are able to consistently stay active, train hard and eat the appropriate amount of calories, your body will have no choice but to look the way you want it!
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help someone achieve their goals is always a great feeling! For some people, an hour workout may have been something they avoided or was just not achievable on their own. Helping someone overcome that mental obstacle is a truly rewarding part of this job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in other gyms and attempting to navigate the 2 years of business closures, I decided to be more proactive and take control of my ability to work and serve others. I decided to fully build out my home gym and now it is capable of handling personal training sessions and small group classes.
Why should our clients choose you?
My goal is for my clients to be consistent in their weekly exercise goals. So that means I will always be consistent for anyone that is my client. I do my best to always be on time, professional and ready for your workout. I provide a private, safe, clean and well equipped space that is fully under my control. I work within each client's needs and I am willing to change anything that needs to be changed in order to best help you achieve your goals.

At this time I do not provide online services. It is a service that I am hoping to offer in the future.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide a safe exercise space with good ventilation. The space is wiped down and cleaned after every client session.
Weight Loss/Calorie tracking
If you are specifically interested in weight loss or gaining weight for muscle hypertrophy, we will determine your Basal Metabolic Rate and work from there. Clients will wear a heartrate tracker throughout each workout and we develop a goal number of calories to eat and burn each day.
Towel Service
Clean towels are provided for each workout at no charge.
Water Service
Cold water will be provided upon request at no charge.
Bathroom/Showers
Both bathrooms and showers are available upon request.
