Very impressed and happy customers. I had been in contact with a few companies before but Tee at Warm Glaze was very professional, easy to talk to and super helpful which gave us the confidence to go with this company. The service and communication was excellent from start to finish. We had all our old windows replaced and we are absolutely happy with the installation of the new windows. Had a few quotes elsewhere but as soon as I spoke to Tee I knew I wanted to do business with warm glaze. Very easy to talk to, honest and upfront. Their price was competitive and they were really quick to install considering we were only having one door. It was actually a week sooner than the estimate. Had a lot of quotes to replace our tired old conservatory. Warm Glaze weren't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they were definitely the most honest. No hard sell, very helpful and full of great advice. Tee just came across as genuine and a nice bloke. The process and design was simple but effective and work began really quickly. The replacement of my front door went very smoothly from start to finish. Tee was informative throughout, showing me all the options/helping choose the best and keeping me up to date on a regular basis. Cannot recommend highly enough. Very professional from the outset with no hard sales and very honest discussions on options and price. Fitters arrived on time, very pleasant lads and did the job with minimal fuss and tidied up after. Even refused the offer of me disposing of the rubbish for them.
