There could be personality clashes etc that make you a bad match. I believe the trainer - client relationship is very much like any other relationship, it has to be a natural fit. That is why I offer free initial consultations and two free workouts to see if we are compatible. I am a people person and strive to be a fit for everyone.
Yes. I can usually use Zoom or Skype for online clients. With these clients, there are regular check-ins, workouts, and meetings very similar to an in-person client.
