How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I listen to what the client has to say! Everyone has different goals, and nobody has the same body. Before we get started, I want to know all about my clients' goals, workout history, injuries, and nutrition preferences. With each conversation and session, I am able to learn more about what keeps my clients motivated. We're always a team, and the client's feedback about what's enjoyable to them is just as important as my feedback on what's safe and effective.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency! Thats for sure! Building habits take time and practice, but the payoff is so worth it!
What do you love most about your job?
To being able to teach people how to create mind & body connection, and make them aware of the motion they are capable of, became my passion. I live for the moments when someone finally achieves something they did not know they could, finding confidence within themselves, and knowing I contributed to that success
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’m a former basketball player for Turkish National Basketball team. I started coaching back in 2009 and instantly fall in love with it.

Yes, I can provide online service. But also I have my own studio in Boston, I can serve face to face.
Personal Training
First, I do the posture analysis , body measurements and strengtht and cardio endurance test. After the first assessment I create a training plan. If you are a beginner we start with anatomic adaptation. After that, whatever our goal is (Gaining muscles or losing fat) we start working out on that plan. In every 2 months or 20 workout we do the assessment again to see the improvements
