My daughter loves having Zeynep as her personal trainer. She created a personalized training plan after hearing my daughter’s goals and concerns as well as fitness background. I listen to what the client has to say! Everyone has different goals, and nobody has the same body. Before we get started, I want to know all about my clients' goals, workout history, injuries, and nutrition preferences. With each conversation and session, I am able to learn more about what keeps my clients motivated. We're always a team, and the client's feedback about what's enjoyable to them is just as important as my feedback on what's safe and effective.

Services

First, I do the posture analysis , body measurements and strengtht and cardio endurance test. After the first assessment I create a training plan. If you are a beginner we start with anatomic adaptation. After that, whatever our goal is (Gaining muscles or losing fat) we start working out on that plan. In every 2 months or 20 workout we do the assessment again to see the improvements
