I have had a fantastic experience with Ben and his team. I like that they work with my schedule no matter the time of day. I work shift rotation work all hours of the day. Makes it a challenge to keep a normal food routine and workout routine. Ben and his team have helped me get on track, taught me new skills on how to tackle nutrition, workout routines, and even gotten me through some injuries I have had to deal with outside of my routines. Highly recommend working with Ben and giving his program a chance if you struggle with maintaining your weight goals be it weight loss or muscle gain. He and the team are supportive for your mental health and wellbeing too.

Thank you Ben and team for an amazing 4 months already! Down 10kg now!

An amazing program that is run by great and professional personal trainers. I'd always had a hard time sticking to diets and workout programs, but with the help of my trainer Ben, I've been able to reach the best shape of my life. I've been a member for only 3 months and I've lost 31 pounds and decreased my body fat percentage by 7%. The hardest part of dieting and exercise for me is knowing what to eat and how to workout, and this program has helped me improve at both. My trainer is always quick to respond to my questions, and adjusts my workout and diet plan whenever I need him to. Great experience working with Ben at Flx-Fit! He tailor made a home workout routine that I found to be more challenging, energizing, and impactful than going to the gym. The apps they provide are easy to work with and help you quickly learn any new exercises and track progress - which was quick so it was easy to keep up my motivation. I really appreciated the flexibility to find exercises that not only fit my environment and lack of equipment but also work around any existing injuries I had - which actually got better through the body-weight-compound exercises.
