Rayjaun has been training me and my husband for about 3 months now.
We had worked with trainers before, but we enjoy working out with Rayjaun because he is patient, but he motivates you to do your best, he listens and modifies workout when needed.
I enjoy working out with him and the hour flies by quickly.
He is always on time and keep us informed if he is late (even like 3 mins). He tries his best to accommodate our crazy work schedules.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
One must be self motivated
Get 7-8 hours of sleep
Eat whole foods and drink at least 2 liters of water per day
Excercise regularly and with the intention that your doing this for you so that you can feel more confident.
What do you love most about your job?
Listening to health and fitness goals of my clients and coming up with actionable solutions to reaching those goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My daughter's coming into the world. I wanted to be able to keep up with her high energy as she gets older. I used to feel very tired and self conscious about my body. I felt that if I dedicated myself to the practice of getting into better shape I could inspire others to do the same. I truly believe it takes a strong self will and some help along the way from people who care about you to achieve long term results.

Clients can wear masks during our sessions if they want to.
All equipment is wiped down before and after each use.
