How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

The first step is to create an image in your mind of who you wish to become. From there, we set manageable short-term goals. We then craft a personalized plan for physical training, nutrition and recovery that efficient, effective and sustainable. Throughout your journey we track progress and make necessary adjustments until you've realized your ultimate goal.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret is habit change. You are just a few habits away from any goal. We focus on adopting the new behaviors what will drive positive change and eliminate the ones that are not serving your health and fitness.

What do you love most about your job?

I love the problem solving aspect in personal transformation. There is no problem that can't be solved with some ingenuity. I work to solve the problems, my clients implement new behaviors and we have a successful plan.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My love for health and exercise brought me into the industry. My frustration with inadequate training methods led me to create my own business where I can best serve my clients.

Why should our clients choose you?

Expertise and experience. I have been a full time fitness professional for 17 years and have even taught the course for new trainers in the industry. I've trained clients with a wide variety of goals and have been obsessed with getting and keeping the best results imaginable.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I do provide remote services and find that clients can have great success this way. They receive a detailed monthly training program including video tutorials for unfamiliar techniques. We have a zoom meeting 1-3 times per week to stay on track. And we monitor progress just as if we were training in person.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Improving ones health with exercise and nutrition will have positive effects on one's immune system.
