How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The training that I do is a mix of strength and weight training focused around losing weight/body fat while gaining strength and leaning out. I also help all clients with nutritional guidance as well!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The key is to see training as a long-term commitment versus a short-term commitment! Making progress and seeing results does not happen over night and does take time.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people and seeing clients get strong! When someone fibally hits their goals and is able to slowly go heavier in the gym, it is such an awesome thing to see!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and all equipment in the gym is sanitized before and after any training. If anyone wants me to wear a mask while training them, I have no problem doing that as well.
