I design personalized programs for my clients based on their goals, fitness and medical history, and schedules. I take a holistic approach that involves meaningful lifestyle adjustments that turn into healthy habits. I help my clients take ownership of their fitness by giving them the tools to feel empowered and supported in the gym. For my female clients, I also take hormone cycles into account, and choose workouts that are best for their bodies and energy levels during specific times.

Consistency. Do not make working out a choice that you have to deliberate every day. The key to reaching your goals is to make your fitness a priority and a non-negotiable in your regular routine. Remember that you can do this! It is never too late to start.

I truly believe the fitness isn't just about physical health- it also contributes to our mental and emotional wellbeing. It fulfills me to help my clients transform all aspects of their health and wellbeing, and to see them living their happiest and healthiest lives.

I don't see this as a transaction, and you will never be "just another client" to me. I truly care about my clients and always remain open-minded, flexible, and supportive of them. I want our training sessions to make you feel empowered and strong both in and outside of the gym. I am always approachable and responsive to questions/etc. , even outside of our training sessions.

Yes, I provide online training plans for clients, as well as virtual sessions depending on individual needs.
