One on One and Small Group sessions.

One on One

I design the entire workout around your goals/needs to help you become successful in the safest and most efficient way possible. We work on Strength Training, Mobility/Flexibility and Nutrition.

Small Group

Group sessions of no more than 3 people at a time to ensure clients are going to get the attention they need in this setting. In these sessions we work on Strength Training, Mobility/Flexibility and Nutrition.

Both of these options are great for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Please feel free to ask for more details!
