My experience includes: • 18 years’ as an Executive Coach, facilitator and leadership trainer • 28 years’ experience with the Health Care Industry working with Administrative and Medical Executives, divisional and departmental leaders, and multidisciplinary teams in a range of settings. • 19 Years’ Adjunct Faculty for Masters Programs: University of Washington School of Social Work and Antioch University Psychology Program • 9 years’ of Business Management experience leading large and smaller scale change management initiatives, incorporating: adult learning principles, influence science, “best practice” identification, metric development and implementation planning. • 7 years’ Working and managing in our Family Retail business (101 stores and outlets principally on the West Coast) • Extensive Project Management experience and coaching including: sponsorship, planning and analysis, design, scope management and implementation planning and execution ƒ • Extensive experience in Business Development including: strategic planning, organizational structural design, performance management system design, leadership coaching, team building and conflict resolution FAQ's 1. What do you love most about your job?

I love to experience others learn and grow. The work I do makes a difference both in the lives and careers of my clients but also in those they work with and lead.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am a continuous learner and have devoted most of my adult life to helping others learn, grow and become the best they can be. After many years of running businesses, leading within large organizations and teaching in University Graduate Psychology and Organizational development programs I wanted to focus my efforts on helping to develop leaders and teams.
