What do you love most about your job?

I greatly enjoy assisting professionals with great technical and professional skills navigate workforce issues and human factors that might limit their career potential.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After working in R&D pharma, leading business schools, and Big 4 accounting firms, I was inspired to choose clients I could learn from while exercising my greatest talents. I focused on helping companies achieve their strategic mission and advising honestly and respectfully with individuals and leadership teams that see my counsel.

Why should our clients choose you?

I'm accessible to all my clients. Having worked extensively across the globe, I'm comfortable with all cultures and business models. I'm an innovator in education and advisory services, with faculty we launched the world's first Global Executive MBA program at Duke University. I've equally enjoyed advising frontline managers and CEO's. Integrity and personal courage are qualities I look for when engaged in coaching or growing business futures.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, as a veteran global advisors, it's been essential over the past 20 years to continually support large scale change iniatives from NC while clients are dispersed across time zones. I'm frequently called on to deliver webinars to national organizations and associations. Today's world requires teaching and engaging through virtual channels as well as in-person conversations.
