I had never thought about Life Coaching before - it seemed a little self helpy and fluffy to me. The I met Mira -The Alpha Femme model is such a great, modern concept. It takes women out of the box we are traditionally placed in to. Oddly, it was because of an epic fail experience I had when trying to help two employees resolve a personal conflict. I became trained as a mediator and, while I loved doing mediations, I was always left with the feeling that if I could have worked with each of these individuals 6 months earlier, I believed they wouldn't have needed mediation for their issue.
