Pepper Road is without doubt the best gym I have ever trained at! I’ve always loved training and have been to quite a few different places and classes but this place is a class above, all the trainers are awesome and all very knowledgeable. The classes are all challenging in varied and some times twisted ways . You will not find a gym like this anywhere else - it's the best FACT! I've been going to Pepper Road Fitness since it opened 3 years ago. I do the morning classes and they sets me up for the day! Having been a member at a few other gyms in the past, nothing compares to pepper road fitness. I was so nervous joining on my own but all the members are so friendly, and the coaches aren’t so bad either Best gym around, would highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in (6 months ago) I was made to feel so welcome by every person. You don't get that anywhere else. Each session is different, they push you but you do get fast results. Best of all, you work out with a good group of people. The trainers are fantastic at what they do, making sure you're doing it right all the time. Best and most different gym I've ever been to. This is honestly the BEST gym I've ever been to. Ever. It's hard and you get results. Each class is so personailsed that it is like a PT session. I've been here 3 years now and would never contemplate leaving. I have managed to safely excercise throughout my whole pregnancy and straight back into excercise after little one was born. however, it's so much more than a gym, it's a family that I am so pleased to be part of. ✔ More...

Pepper Road Fitness is a fantastic gym! From the moment you walk in the door for the 1st time you’re made to feel really welcome by the other members and by all of the trainers who will remember your (and every other member’s) name after meeting you just once. The trainers make sure that the classes are adapted to your individual level whether you’ve never done any exercise to being an absolute machine. Every class is different and challenging and you will be praised and pushed in equal measure meaning you usually leave feeling knackered but buzzing regardless of your fitness level. Although the classes are all run by PTs there is never ever any pressure to sign up for PT sessions but I’ve got no doubts that PT sessions would be brilliant. There is no contest between PRF and a corporate gym. PRF is smaller and independent and that’s its strength because you are truly valued and the owners and trainers really do care about getting you to the fittest and strongest version of yourself, you’re far from just another membership number paying an overpriced monthly fee at PRF More...

Having been a member of many other gyms in the past, this is the only one I've stayed with, 3yrs and counting up to present. Pepper Road is the only one that puts it's members before it's bank balance. There's always new kit arriving and the PTs keep thinking up new (usually more evil) ways of using it. Being a purely class based gym (apart from PT session) isn't a bad thing at all, every exercise you do is closely monitored by the PTs to make sure you're doing it right, quite often they won't let you attempt one with any weight until your technique is correct. This way you work the targeted muscles and the chance of injury is reduced to a minimum. Then there's the members, wether you're struggling with a press up on your knees or leg pressing 250kg there's always an encouraging partner working with you, more often than not, at a similar level to you. There isn't a single pretentious person to be found, we're a lovely bunch. So, if you want to try a gym with a great atmosphere, PTs and members come and give PRF a go! More...

I honestly believe this is the best gym you can join. The personal trainers are brilliant, nice, motivational and on occasion even fairly funny! I've been a member of a few gyms before but this is the first one I've stuck with. The classes really test you whilst being great fun and you see improvements fast. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're thinking of joining a gym, give Pepper Road a try. More...

Joined PRF in January and can’t praise it enough, it has everything that a normal gym doesn’t offer, fantastic varied classes and amazing PT’s, 10month in and I’m still finding classes that I haven’t been to yet, I train with Nush (PT ) and have been since July, he has totally transformed me physically and mentally, his weekly updates and videos make sure I don’t fall off track, he is truly a brilliant trainer. I joined over 2 months ago and I love it!Classes are fun, enjoyable and never the same. Instructors are fantastic motivators, they create a nice atmosphere and sense of fun. The gym is filled with postive engery and attitude. Some classes involves working out as a team and in others, you work as an individual. You can be as competitve as you want. If you want to go all out you can. You work to your level of fitness. No one is there to judge you or to look down at you.The people who attend classes are all nice. New members are instantly made comfortable and welcomed with enthusiasm. Instructors are experienced and hands on. If you are doing something incorrectly or have poor technique, instuctors take their time correcting your technique or posture without belittling you.Once the class ends, everyone will give high fives, say "well done" and basically share positive attitude. Some people will stay behind and chat about the class or their day. It's a wonderful and fun community.If you enjoy tough classes and working out under the guidance of experienced and fun instructors, a long with nice people, this is the gym for you!I can't praise the gym and instructors enough! I have had a problem with my back that has stopped me getting much sleep , after one session I got more sleep than I have had for a long time. Very professional and instantly made me feel at ease . Amazing service, totally personalised and felt at ease every time I've been. Legs never felt so good after an hour session, running in so much more comfort now after big trouble with calves. Feeling a lot more mobile after neck/shoulders/upper back were treated this evening by Imran, amazing the difference and ease in movement afterwards and looking forward to swimming in the morning - triathlon ready now and can't wait to get back in for post-race recovery! I have known Alan for a number of years now and have been training with him for nearly a year. I have always been active, fairly strong, fairly fit but overweight. In the short time I have been training with Alan, I have achieved more than in the years and years of training before that. I have gained confidence in my lifts, become fitter, lost weight and gained a good friend. He is always encouraging and has faith that we can achieve whatever we put our minds to. First attending a personal training session with Alan, I expected it to be like any other - however, over 18 months out and Im still stuck with him as a trainer and a very close friend! His sessions are always different and completely tailored to your strengths and goals. Both fun and professional, Alan will do whatever he can to be there for you as a trainer and friend. I was the person who walked in the gym and aimlessly wondered round pretending to be busy, not getting any results or even burning up a sweat, my first boot camp session changed my opinion of exercise completely, the fun and interesting sessions had me hooked, I have been going to boot camp since the start, and no two classes have ever been the same.

I have been training with Alan for 18 months now and can honestly say I look forward to every session. Alan has been so much more than a PT. He's motivated and supported me every step of the way, actively encouraging me to harangue him with text questions and pictures of food to ensure I stay on track. I've become stronger, leaner and with his expertise in nutrition I've dropped close to two stone in weight. He's fired with enthusiasm and keeps things varied and fun to ensure you get the most out of your sessions. Training with Ashley has been a real eye opener with regards to different techniques and types of activities. He listens to what you want to achieve, tailors your training programme and builds you up too it. My goal was to be prepared for taking on the 'Born Survivor' 10k military obstacle run. Before working with Alan I had never tried lifting before I had always just done cardio work in the gym and I was a bit scared of going over to the 'man section' of the gym. Alan has been amazing at introducing me to new aspects of the gym and been encouraging when trying these out, it's now one of my favourite parts of the gym! No two sessions are ever the same which makes it interesting whilst challenging. Throughout all the sessions Alan has been lovely to work with which has not only made me enjoy going to exercise but means it is more like exercising with a friend rather than a PT session.
