Planning Submission Packages
Most home improvement projects require planning permission from the local authority before building work can begin.
I work with homeowners to understand how their current home is working - and more importantly where it isn’t. The design process focuses on solving those everyday issues, whether that’s improving layout, adding space for a growing family, or making better use of existing rooms.
Once a design solution is developed, I prepare the drawings and information required for the planning application and manage the submission to the local authority.
