I offer a safe and confidential place for clients to talk about their psychological or emotional trauma they have experienced. This includes working with domestic abuse, Rape/sexual abuse, childhood trauma , depression , anxiety, relationship issues, couples therapy, Suicidal thoughts as well as many other issues. My role as a counsellor is to offer support , guidance and empathic understanding . I work in a non judgemental holistic way and allow the client to reach their own conclusions. Therapy can be short term (6 sessions or less) or long term . The client decides how long they feel they need counselling. I offer weekly sessions of 50 minutes, usually same day and time , but this depends on the clients availability and personal circumstances , this will be discussed at the initial assessment which can be done on the telephone free of charge. I offer in person or online sessions in various locations around Bradford and Leeds.
