I believe we provided a very fair pricing service. I charged you £85 which included lock labour and keys. You changed your mind from original quote which I reduced as you requested 2 locks supplied and fitted for £120 for the 2 the weiser lock retails at £50 + so I was charging £35 I apologise for our speedy service which you are unhappy about

Very speedy response to my job request, needed a lock put on a bedroom door was very reasonable price to what I had been quoted from other locksmiths. Turned up a little bit later then expected but was ok for me as I was in for the evening. Really like that it is cash payment on job completion. Sean (All London Locksmiths) was excellent. He contacted me quickly with a rough estimate but wanted photos of the lock to confirm the correct type. I explained that I was gaining information in the middle to the night to select someone to do the work on Thursday morning in daylight. I took photos and sent them to him next morning and made an appointment. He is very friendly and professional. He sorted out the damaged lock with a new cylinder in the Yale-type lock and also tackled the Chubb-type lock which did not work very well. He found that it was damaged internally and replaced it with a higher specification "fortress" lock. This took some time with the carpentry increasing the rebate in the door frame to fit it. He has excellent skills and took trouble in getting the detail correct. Having the two locks done perfectly cost only a little more than the original estimate. I was very pleased with the work and added his name and details to my address book and passed them on to family members in need of future locksmith work. More...
