How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

How do I help you live an inspired life through fitness? It depends who you are. Assess do not guess. First step is to assess where you are in your fitness journey. Cracks in the foundation need to be sealed prior to adding heavy load to them. If you can not get up off the floor with out grabbing something then we need to figure out where the weakness is and mobility and stability issues are. If you are not sleeping a good 7-8 hours then we will look into perhaps your stress is to high and how we can come up with a plan to bring more calmness to your daily life. If you are emotionally eating and unable to bring consistency to your nutrition then together we will create habits that will help you have a better relationship with food. The most important aspect that will help you reach your fitness goals are accountability and knowing someone actually cares with compassion and empathy for the journey you are going through.

“I love personal training because of the rewarding feeling I get when I see people achieving their health and fitness goals! My aim in life is to help people however possible and spread happiness and health.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to help others in my shoes and wanted to do it on my terms.

Everyone wants to achieve their goals straight away, whether they be weight loss, cheese grater abs or Hulk-like strength. But these are not always achievable, and if you don’t hit them then you may be discouraged and backslide.

I as your Personal Trainer I will not only help you set realistic goals that you will be able to achieve - if you put in the effort, of course - but I will also be able to keep you on track to hit those goals. For example, if your goal is to achieve a ‘bikini body’ for summer, it’s not just about doing 100 crunches a day for a month to work your abs. It’s about altering your diet to eat the correct foods, mixing cardio and weights to work the right muscles, and setting a timeframe in which this can be achieved.
