In our INTRO Session, we will go over client goals, motivation and assess fitness levels. My approach is to meet each client where they are, and I tailor all sessions to their fitness level. From there, we safely progress to more challenging exercises.

A healthy lifestyle that includes regular exercise combined with nutrition is essential to shape your dream body. Nutrition is a significant component of weight loss as well as muscle gain.

You do not have to work out seven days a week to get results. What I have seen over the years is that consistency plays a huge role in transforming your body. If you are consistent with nutrition and exercise, you will get results even if you are only training with me two days a week!

I love people. Period. The privilege of what I get to do every day is help people from all walks of life and backgrounds make positive lasting changes in their life. I get to meet wonderful individuals in the role of personal trainer and nutrition coach, and that makes my life very full. I look forward to seeing my clients every day!

I know that life happens from two terrible car accidents (the kind where your car gets totaled) to my own weight loss struggles and recovering from Lyme disease. And I know that with a small, consistent effort and daily practices, you can achieve your health and wellness goals.
