How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Accountability is instrumental in getting results. As your trainer, it is my job to make sure you are following the program and ensure you do not 'fall off the wagon', lose interest, or stagnate. I have a proactive approach and you will notice the benefits.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Achieving results requires a combination of healthy eating and fitness training. Your trainer needs to understand how to incorporate a diet plan into your specific program. Different meal plans are necessary for different goals. The trainer needs to be able to create a plan that is right for you and your body type. I have worked with clients who are focused on weight loss and clients who are looking to build muscle. Each of these requires a completely different customized approach.

What do you love most about your job?

I worked with a recent client that wanted to get in shape for their 35th birthday. We scheduled 4 sessions a week for 2 months. With the addition of a tailored meal plan, they were able to achieve the goal. It was incredibly rewarding as a trainer to see them score a lifestyle win and feel happy.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always had a passion for health and wellness. The ability to motivate others to achieve their health goals is incredibly fulfilling and continues to drive me. People of all ages have reached out for my knowledge and I enjoy providing it.

My clientele ranges from college athletes, working professionals, and stay at home parents. I have worked with highly experienced people and those at the beginner level.
