Lots of hard work! NUTRITION, is number 1-85%, and consistency with working out ! Do it safely, consistently, dont ever give up!

My clients.!! I love watching them starting to feel healthier, stronger, they start liking what the see,and having more energy, having a better relationship with food, AND watching their goals happen💪

What inspired you to start your own business?

My love of fitness came to me at an early age, and I haven’t stopped loving it since! I have been mentally and physically, been where most people are, or have felt, so I’m very relatable with depression & anxiety. I have 4 kids, I understand the demands of life, and that life happens. I also understand for women, our bodies physically and mentally take a huge toll on our self esteems. I love to encourage, motivate, challenge, my clients to get in a better mindset. Feel healthier first, the rest will follow. Learn to live the skin your in!

Im a great trainer, whose has a lot of experience with both men/women, old/young, some who have injuries from surgeries. Im a bit older, so im very much relatable to everyone i come in contact with. If i dont know know something, I will find out!

Yes, I can do remote training. I do in-home, apartment gym, and outdoor training. I provide all equipment necessary for your sessions. I tailor each workout to fit your specific needs/goals. I work with all types of injuries, and or body parts that have had surgery. $60 per 1 hour session

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I have been vaccinated. I will also wear a mask if that makes a client feel more comfortable. I also, Clorox bleach all my equipment before and after each use. And of course, remote training is available. $60 1 hr pee session
