RTG is relatively new to my daughter’s training regimen. Within 4 weeks, her vertical increased at least 4 inches, she cut her mile time significantly and her feet are shuffling noticeably faster. Student athletes face constant pressure to perform. RTG gives all the tools necessary for increased performance under one roof- mental performance, nutrition, speed, agility and strength. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Diet is one of the biggest driving factors in achieving health and wellness goals. While fitness plays a role in your health, your diet is ultimately the foundation.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every client has a different story. As a coach I strive to meet clients where they are and help them achieve their goals through a personalized training environment. Through consistency, and support I believe that anyone is capable of success in this area of life.

Why should our clients choose you?
I believe that the three most common reasons that a person struggles with fitness or wellness is that they are unable to remain consistent to the plan, they don't have an environment that supports them, and they don't feel they have the time. With the RTG game plan, we work together to build a support network that helps you to remain consistent, and ultimately building a plan that takes your busy schedule in mind.

We offer both online personal training, as well as in person services.
Online Personal Trainer
We offer online training in which you get a customized training plan specific to your goals! Additionally you get to meet regularly with your trainer via calls and video chats to discuss how things are going!
Mental Performance Consultation
Meet 1-on-1 with our mental performance coach to start taking control of your mental wellbeing! Training your mind will equip you with the tools to create the life you wish to have. Life is hard enough, so we want to make sure our minds are working for us, not against us. Some of the mental skills you can learn include developing motivation and discipline, managing energy levels and relaxation, reducing negative emotion, and finding satisfaction and fulfillment.
Nutrition Consultation
We offer nutrition consultations with a registered dietitian! She can work with you to pursue any nutrition-related goal, such as weight loss, weight gain, or disease-management. During this initial 60-minute consultation, you will discuss your specific nutrition related goal(s) and history. You will learn about the basic building blocks of nutrition and work with the dietitian to create a personalized diet plan to achieve your goal(s)!
Athlete Training Classes
We offer a variety of 1 hour classes designed to target specific skills needed in sport. We offer Speed, Agility, Strength, and Active Recovery classes taught in a semi private setting to make sure each athlete gets the focus and attention of their coach. In these classes athletes will master the movement patterns necessary to give them the edge in competition as they build their speed, agility, strength, and quickness.
Private Training Session
If you are looking to train 1 on 1 with one of our coaches, then this is the option for you! Train in 1 hour blocks with a coach who works 1 on 1 with you to help you achieve your goals!
Functional Fitness
We offer general strength and fitness classes to help everyone improve their health and wellness, get stronger, feel better, and become pain free! These classes are semi private in nature so that your coach will be able to give you the focused attention to help you succeed in the gym, and in the world alike.
