I have been training with Cami for 6 months now, and she has shown me that I’m stronger than I thought I am. During our sessions I feel confident training with Cami - she guides me through the exercises and our sessions are well thought through. Cami is a complete professional who cares deeply about her clients and tries to balance a firm yet caring attitude toward her clients. She volunteers ideas on how clients can make improvements in their workouts and with alternate exercises. She has a positive and friendly attitude toward her clients and wants them to succeed with their goals. She will take time to regularly access a clients progress and make recommendations on how to improve. She also helps others who are not her clients but seek assistance in the gym. I have worked with a number of trainers over the years and I consider Cami as one of the best. It amazes me because I am 78 (but in excellent shape), and while she is a young woman, she still knows exactly how much to push to give me a really tough, but injure-free workout, . She is a lovely young woman, and though I never look forward to working out, I always come away satisfied and pleased after being with her. I give her 5 stars. More...

Cami is a phenomenal trainer. She is thoughtful about the needs and nuances of her clients and builds programs focused on their goals while still being mindful of their limitations. She was able to gradually build me up on the three big lifts in a way that was safe for a person with previously herniated discs - not an easy task! Just because she’s thoughtful and fun to work out with does not mean Cami goes easy on you (which is exactly what you’d want from a high quality trainer). She always pushes me to my limits (safely) and I am always impressed at the speed at which I get stronger every week. Workouts are never boring because Cami constantly changes programming and your body is constantly surprised by new movements and circuits. It’s not just in the gym, Cami has helped with my diet and how to balance a 70/80 hour work week with healthy habits (it helps that she goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule). I came to Cami with a few extr pounds after Quarantine. Never did I think that after two months I would get so toned and happy. My ultimate goal is to keep working out and I know Cami will make me into top shape. I look forward to every work-out with her! Not only is she a great trainer but she is also a fantastic person! Cami is a wonderful trainer! She helped me get back into working out and rebuilt my stamina, after many months of not exercising due to surgery. She is always on time, motivational, and keeps it interesting by changing up our workouts so I address different areas of my body. Cami takes a real consultative approach and doesn't adopt a 'one size fits all' attitude in her approach to training. Her knowledge is very impressive, not only in relation to the body but nutrition also, and as one of her clients this gives you the belief that you are actually working towards a goal that is absolutely achievable. We are changing my workout plan to accommodate a new fitness goal and I have absolute faith that Cami will get me where I need to be. Seeing results is awesome - Cami definitely knows how to push and get the best out of you. When I exercised on my own, I think I expected too much too soon and would get so overwhelmed with it all that I started to get really frustrated and I didn't see any real results. So I spoke to Cami, who is really supportive, and she was really positive- keeping my head clear and the energy up. We've even worked out through Zoom when I couldn't make it to the gym. I am nationally certified by NASM to provide personal fitness training. I have over two years of practical training experience with clients from various fitness and health backgrounds, from ages 14-87. I specialize in weight loss, endurance and aerobic training, athletic conditioning, and mobility/stability.

Long term motivation is one of the biggest obstacles people face when trying to achieve their goals, and this is no different when it comes to fitness. To achieve the body of your dreams, you need to work at it every day. Exercise, nutrition, and stress management all play an important role and should be well-balanced. I moved to NYC about 3 years ago with little idea of what I wanted to do professionally. I always had an interest in sports and fitness, and that interest was expressed by participation in dance, marathons, rugby, aerial arts, yoga and boxing.

So, after about a year and a half of working out and giving fitness advice to friends and family, I realized that it made a lot of sense to pursue a career in this field that I have been passionate about all my life.

I worked at Equinox for two years, and received invaluable knowledge from my managers, fellow trainers, and the company's continuing education program. I decided to branch out on my own so I could reach more people, and have been running my own business ever since. It's been an exciting journey so far and I'm looking forward to developing it further!
