How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I set up a plan based upon their goals and abilities. I push the client to the right amount that is needed and they can give. I teach my clients skills they can use the rest of their life.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and hard work. You have to be consistent more than anything else.
It's okay if we have bad days or bad weeks, but knowing how to get back on track is crucial.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others do what they thought was impossible. I had great coaches and mentors growing up, I'd like to pay that forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've worked for big corporate gyms and small box gyms.
Being your own boss is the only way to go.

Yes I can. We can do facetime, zoom, or skype.
I can give my clients programs, nutrition programs, and we'll touch base weekly to make sure they're good to go.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I follow all the safety precautions: from 6 feet apart, masks, constantly sanitizing and disinfecting equipment.

Nutrition Programming
I design and customize your macros to your body composition goals and provide monthly coaching. 1x initial set up fee, billed monthly at fixed price after that. No price increases.
Bi-weekly check ins, facetime, phone, text, email support based upon your preference.
