Working with Erin was a complete life changer for me. I've always known her to live a healthy lifestyle. I admired her way before she ever started training me for her dedication and commitment to herself, and the tips and tricks to help me kick start my goals. Before I committed to training with her, she had given me a small sheet of paper with three meals on it, and a few snacks that added up to 1600 calories (I believe.) I took one look at the list, put it on my refrigerator and never touched it again.

I finally got to a point where I was so sick and tired of looking and feeling the way I did, that I made the phone call and told her I was ready and I was serious about it this time.

That is where the journey began.

In December of 2021, we had come up with a game plan. Started with a basic overview of what I ate, and to start tracking everything to see what my habits actually looked like. A lot of the time, I thought I was making good choices, but that was not the case. Erin helped me to understand that I can still enjoy life, I can still enjoy all the things I love, just in moderation. The goal to my weight loss journey wasn't a fad diet, or fat burning pills, starvation or anything else that would make me miserable. It was a lifestyle change. Making better choices, evaluating what I'm eating, and why I'm eating it. She is great at sitting down and asking questions to better understand YOU, how you work, what works for YOU, and accommodating all of that in way that would set you up for success. She would explain that the scale doesn't define who you are, but more about what you're eating, and how the foods you choose to eat, could have the effect on the scale. It's all about choices. You get to choose every day what to eat, how to fuel your body, or more or less stay stagnant.

This is a lifestyle change. Not a diet.

Training with Erin was fun in the sense that it wasn't all work and no play. We would make the best out of even the most excruciating exercises (I say excruciating because I just didn't want to do them LOL).

I started this journey at 200lbs and I've been sitting comfortably at 143-145lbs. When I do feel stuck, I reach out to Erin for some advice on "where to go from here", so I can adjust my goals as necessary.

She is always so supportive, so knowledgeable and truly loves seeing people succeed!!!! Hands down the best teacher I have ever had.

Q&As

Nutrition is 80% of the journey. If we can be mindful of what we are putting in our mouth, ensure we are getting the amount of protein we need to hit our goals and drinking water, everything else will sort itself out.

Accountability and lots of it. Daily text check ins, weekly calls via Zoom or phone and being available 7 days a week. We'll setup short term goals, daily goals and long term goals and then structure the coaching around those.

Consistency - it's not always glamourous or fun, but consistency breeds success.

Helping humans achieve their goals, all while increasing self awareness and self love.

I have been working in the online health and wellness sector for the past 2.5 years, sellling high ticket coaching packages to ladies. I got so sad when someone I would talk to simply couldn't afford the package, so I decided to step out on my own and provide that same coaching to ALL humans. While I am most familiar with females, I am more than happy to coach males who are willing to work on their mindset too.

Everything I do is tailored to you. You have MANY options to look at when it comes to a coach, but I recommend having a conversation with me and seeing if we are a good fit. It has to feel good before it will have great results, so no harm in talking first.

I'm happy to train online, in fact, I actually prefer it. The most accountability comes from daily interactions, so most of the coaching will be done virtually, even if you are close to me in Colorado.

Online coaching made it easy to transition and keep everyone safe. If you are going into a gym and feel you need to wear a mask, I encourage you to do so.
