How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We help our clients reach their fitness goals by first consulting with them to understand what their actual goals are. We also want to understand more about what the problems really are as well. Why have you been hindered and unmotivated to work out? Are there any past injuries or life event that has served as an obstacle for you with your fitness journey? These are the type of questions we like to satisfy within our consultation so that we can properly gameplan and help our client build healthier habits.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to getting the body of dreams are these 3 things: Education, execution, and happiness! I teach my clients what it is to eat healthy, to workout methodically to hit their fitness goals, to get proper hydration and rest to aid them in recovery and proper energy and etc. I also help them to understand that if they have poor relationships and/or if they are not chasing their dreams or their passions, having a nice body won't make them happy. This all about using fitness as a cornerstone in order to become fulfilled in every aspect of their lives.

What do you love most about your job?

I love watching people win! I love it when a client gets in better shape than they could have ever imagined. I love when they feel stronger, more confident, and sexier than they ever have before. I love it when a mother regains her pre-pregnancy figure and realizes that she can still love what she sees in the mirror despite having children.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was inspired to start my own business because, after years of learning about my passions and desires, found it necessary to do so. I did not want to work for a company that instructs me on how I should train a client and when to do so. Instead, I take on my own clients and I structure our program in such a way where you feel the "personal" in the word "personal training." My clients have to know that I genuinely care about their well being and their success with their personal health. I also like the idea of being able to learn more about their personal lives to give them honest, positive feedback, that is coming from a place of love and not from a company's policy.

Clients would be wise to choose me because I am genuine, educated, and motivated to make sure I am an excellent resource for them to change their lives and fix their personal health. I'm emotionally invested with every one of my clients so I absolutely have to see them win!
