When you hire me to help you achieve your fitness goals, I meet you where you currently are on your health and wellness journey. You'll fill out an intake form so I can learn more about your current lifestyle habits including what's working for you and what's not working for you.

During our first session, I'll help you find your internal motivation about why you want to create a consistent exercise routine. We'll talk about your values, priorities and what 's important to them. This will help you build a strong foundation to achieve your fitness goals.

From there, you and I will partner to to co-create fitness goals that align with your values, priorities, and abilities. We'll set up realistic expectations and discuss any barriers that might get in the way and how to overcome them.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

First and foremost, you must learn to accept your body for what it is now. It's not just physical but mental as well. Creating healthy lifestyle habits that are sustainable for you and align with your values, priorities, and abilities will help you get the body of your dreams. I always tell my clients, when we give our bodies the appropriate input it will provide us with the optimal output. Finding the eating style and exercise routine that's enjoyable and can be done with ease will give you the body that takes care of you.

What do you love most about your job?

I love empowering my clients to live a life that's abundant in all areas. When my clients achieve their health and fitness goals, they gain the confidence to set and achieve goals in other areas of their life as well. Health is not just about a consistent exercise routine or being at a healthy weight. It's about living a life that's abundant in all areas whatever that looks like for you.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After experiencing my own health transformation by simply creating sustainable healthy lifestyle habits that work for me I was inspired to help others do the same. After going through the process of losing weight and minimizing my anxiety and depression, I knew there were other people who could benefit from my experience and the process that I curated over the years. I knew in my heart this was the right path for me.

Why should our clients choose you?

The six pillars that I will teach you will help you build a strong foundation to achieve more than just health and fitness goals. Along with these six pillars, I'll create a personalized workout program that aligns with your fitness level and goals. At the beginning of each coaching session, I'll check in with you to see how you're feeling and we'll adjust the workout as needed.

If you choose to work with me as a health coach client, you'll be in the driver's seat with each coaching session. This is all about your agenda, not mine.

Yes! I absolutely offer training and coaching services online. We'll meet over Zoom and you'll receive the Zoom link when you schedule your sessions.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
