I started out as a Professional Fitness Competitor. Then moved into personal training. I have trained kids, pregnant women, athletes, moms, dads, children, etc. I have a great deal of experience at all levels. I can do diet plans. I do group training.

Ursula is amazing both as a trainer and a friend. She is super knowledgeable given her extensive background in the fitness world and leverages that experience to meet you where you're at. I came to her after a double knee injury which put me out for over 6 months. I was able to recover with her instead of going to physical therapy because she tailored my sessions to both protect and strengthen my legs. Her workouts are very intentional and her advice is individualized to your lifestyle. I was able to see results within 2-3 weeks and now feel stronger than ever. "When the student is ready, the teacher appears." I had started working out again about 6 months before I called Ursula. Post-pandemic, I'd found myself with weak legs and core and unable to simply get up from the floor without help. I did get a little stronger, but didn't see the changes that I wanted to see... and I thought I was putting in the time, consistency, and effort necessary. At least, that's what I thought. Then I called Ursula, and within weeks, my strength increase was amazing... My stamina had noticeably increased, and I began to see my body transform. The work I was putting in was showing up... I highly recommend Ursula. I worked with her for over a year on a weekly basis. She was extremely professional. She always arrived for our sessions on time and well-prepared. Ursula is truly a master of her craft. After years of being sedentary and not exercising, I started working out off an on and but could not stay consistent because I never liked working out, I didn't know what I was doing and was not seeing any results. Ursula was exactly what I needed. She provides the guidance that I need to know what to the do when I am working out on my own. I was intimidated at first because she is in such incredible shape but she is so knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental and knows how to connect with her clients to make them feel comfortable and supported. I had my second baby 5 months ago and gained a ton of weight while losing so much muscle, and by a miracle found Ursula with whom I started training with a month ago and already see so many improvements. She's an amazing human being who truly cares for her work and pushes me to limits and reps and sets I didn't think I could reach, and I look forward to our training sessions every time. To me getting fit is more than just looking good - it's about discipline. She holds me accountable by checking in on me throughout the day with my food intake and cardio. She's truly amazing and she knows exactly what she's doing, which takes the guess work out for me completely. Ursula is a great personal trainer! I'm so happy I met her when I did, she helped me get back in shape and made me love training again. I used to dread it, now I'm excited to go because I've seen the changes that have come with time. She'll go at your pace as well and I really enjoy how she pushes you but not to an extreme, she'll know how far you can go. Ursula is simply the best. She helped me quickly get back in shape, all while navigating a bad knee injury. I recently stated training with Úrsula and I really like her, she listen to you and your needs, I wanted to start at a lower pace since I hadn't trained in a while, she doesn't mimed changing exercises that you don't feel comfortable with, overall very happy with her .

Yes I have many clients who have never worked out before

It depends what the injury is. I have worked with many people with injuries
Would you be able to come to me since I work a lot and I don't have much time?
Yes of course. I travel to many of my clients but it is more because I lose time driving there and back and setting up equipment.
What if I have you come to me but I don't have any equipment?
I have everything needed to train you at your place

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is consistency and discipline! This should never be a goal short term. This should be a lifetime goal. Learning what works and doesn't work for you is key. Nothing in life comes easy but it is attainable if you stay consistent. Health should always come first because when we feel good inside we feel good outside.

I wanted to have the flexibility to work hours around raising my 3 kids on my own and still be actively in their lives while supporting us.

I am very patient. I have a lot of experience in training all different body types. I always change the workouts and make them challenging and not boring. I truly want to see you achieve your goals.

No. I just don't have the time right now. I did online training for years and I find that I enjoy one on one in person much better

I have my own gym so I always spray everything down with alcohol after each client. You will be the only one in the gym unless you training with a buddy.
