I have had a very bad experience with the Zumba Certification process. And I'm sure I'm not the only one. First off, you are not told about the additional 2.5k per month to keep your certification valid until after you have registered with your registration fees. The Registration fee is paid in INR, but when it comes to getting a refund, they refund in USD. This not only leads to an immediate loss based on exchange rate and bank charges, but it comes to be lesser than their promised refund amount. Not to mention problems with the bank that expects you to get refunded in the same currency that you paid in. Even though they have mentioned about the cancellation charges, they are ridiculous to charge you for doing absolutely nothing. Given the classes kept getting pushed back due to Covid, but with nothing concrete set up, charging me to cancel was uncalled for. This was a horrible customer experience and I would not suggest this to anyone. Mainly for the cancellation fiasco and also because of the upkeep of certification fee which just feels like a rip off.

I started training with Laila at Push Personal Fitness a few months ago for all the usual reasons (lose weight, look better, etc.).I didn't realize how much of my exercise routine was garbage until Laila taught me the most effective and safe techniques. Â Instead of wasting my time on a bunch of individual machines, she explained the importance of compound lifts that activate WAAAY more muscles.She's been great to work (out) with, for information and inspiration!
