I look forward to my workouts. They are different everyday so it is fun and fast. After several training programs over the years, I find these workouts most effective and safe.

Having just accomplished a 1-hour workout with Garret and Shyam, I can say with pure heart: These guys KNOW how to build and shape more than just a body!

Having been "out of shape" since having a baby (6 years ago!!), I was really hesitant to ask for help. Garret didn't pass judgement on my current abilities, though. He was able to see where I am right now and get me going with activities that I am able to do -- so that I can feel good about my workout, and not be in excruciating pain when it is over.

This is the foundation for my renewed confidence, which is being built up with every exercise that I continue to do at home (yeah, they made it feel easy enough to bring home, too!). And with their encouragement, I am positive that I can make the changes that I need to make and be supported throughout. If you are looking for a personal training experience like none you've ever had, call Zenith Strength and Performance. They even offer a variety of different training options, so there really are no more excuses to get your body in line with the rest of your fabulous self!

This place is life changing!!! I'm in the adult classes. I'm a 50+ woman who never felt comfortable at a typical gym. This place is not typical. It's hard work but warm, personal, accepting, family. Went to my first class today after not working out for I don't even know how many years. Everyone was super nice and the workout was just the right amount. Didn't once feel like I was gonna throw up or pass out, but definitely got a good workout in. Thanks guys! Hope to be back soon! More...

I have been training with Shyam, Ming and Joe for over 6 months now. Their classes are intense and targeted towards each individual goals. I play table tennis a lot. So my workout involves strength, endurance and quick movements. There are also some guys playing tennis, basketball, badminton... and they get training specific for their sport.I became much leaner and stronger after training about 4 months and my movements with quick feet and jumps improved after 2 months. I even had some friends tell me I was moving very quick while play ping pong:) Classes are also not crowded, usually it will be 1-3 per class and I always get personalized training. They have got lot of equipment and various body weight exercises, so each month I experienced different moves which I think helped me overall. More...

I recently attended a small group training session and was thoroughly impressed!  As a mom and entrepreneur, I don't exactly have a lot of time to devote to working out anymore, and I was a bit fearful that I might be getting in over my head with this class. WRONG!  The amount of personal instruction was fantastic - enough to maximize the benefits of the exercises I was performing, but not so much I was made to feel like a total dunce.  The workout was dynamic, fun, and challenging; I definitely felt it the next day! At first I was a bit skeptical to see if their trainers could help me. I have spine issues and if I'm not careful I could have a severe back pain flare up. Working with Garret has been great. Even though I hadn't been doing any consistent physical training in the last 2 years, he helped me gradually get stronger, pushing me just enough so that I have less back pain. What I appreciate from any Gym is the quality of trainers they employ.  I must admit that I walk into most places very skeptical. Having a strong anatomy background and understanding the body very well, I test the trainers ;-) I truly enjoyed getting to know Garret and his attention to movement and detail. Having you understand not only how to do a certain exercise but also why it's important to have it done in a proper sequence helped me understand the true meaning of Strength Training.  Regardless if you are an athlete with daily routines or an overwhelmed mom like me, you can find a training class that fits your needs. Hands down the best small group training experience I have ever had. I have tried CrossFit, Orange Theory and a ton of boot-camps. The exercise selection and quality of instruction blew me away. I can't say enough about how impressed i was with the facility and the staff. The facility is beautiful and has state of the art equipment I haven't seen in any other gyms.  The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about educating their athletes on how to get the most of their training, and how to maximize their performance in their sport. We individualize and tailor our program to fit the needs of our members. For example, someone who want to get stronger, leaner and healthier will have a different program than someone who is training for a half marathon.

Our team of coaches are highly qualified to work with those who may have pre-existing conditions or injuries or are coming off an injury or post rehab from one.

We use additional tools to keep members accountable so they can hit there goals in a safe and sustainable way.

There isn't a secret but a combination of things you need to do if you're going to transform your body and get the body of your dreams.

Knowing the reason why you're making a change is very powerful and is the main driver behind make amazing changes. In addition, you'll need to be consistent and approach your goal with a positive mindset.

The majority of the battle is believing that you can change and adjusting to the ups and downs that will inevitably come your way. If you can ride through that I guarantee you will build the body of your dreams.

I love knowing that we are able to affect people positively with their health and fitness. Empowering people with the appropriate information that has the potential to change their health in a positive way for the rest of their lives.

And I love it when clients begin to notice even small improvements and accomplish goals they may not have thought were possible when they started.

I'm also passioinate about working with athletes and helping them achieve new levels of performance and most importantly staying healthy.

I started Zenith Strength and Performance because I didn't want people making the sames mistakes I did when I was younger.
There is so much misinformation regarding training and nutiriton in our industry that it is scary.

As a youth athlete and young adult, I was always hurt and injured. This lead me to the discovery of how managing stress, nutrition and training correctly can help you feel better while making positive changes aestheitcally. I want to help people improve their health and empower them to make these changes in a sustainable way that allows them to enjoy fitness and being for years to come.

I believe that your health is your most valuable asset. and being healthy is more that just an intense workout.
I want to help people attain a healthy body, mind and spirit. Being healthy isn't just about aesthetics and transforming your body.

Even though I understand that most goals involve wanting to look better, chasing a healthy lifestyle will serve you much more in the long run and our goal is to help you achieve that.
