How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Healthy nutrition is 100% important I don’t like the word diet it sounds very restricting but making sure my clients have a very clear understanding of the importance of healthy food and what mainstream Marketing tells us is healthy and what really is healthy are usually two different things and so much of the information and food in our modern lifestyle are having a crisis affect on our populations health and fitness so what’s on our plate it’s just as important as sweating in the gym!

Clearly understanding the clients goals and setting up an achievable plan with short-term and long-term goals and continuing to work in a positive direction to stay on track and get back on track when when experiencing life’s adversities!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret no crazy diet no one single exercise to get your abs or sculpt and tone or build big muscles, all clients are different with different abilities and capabilities and working as a team client and trainer for path to your success!
