Brilliant. Mags makes the singing tuition so much fun, she is one talented teacher, the sessions go by so fast, can`t wait for the next session, I have never had the courage to sing in front of people till I met Mags less than a year ago, I felt like giving up on the singing till I met her. Recommend her to anyone.

She immediately put me at ease and over the last several months has made my confidence go from strength to strength. I am applying to Drama schools and many ask me to sing a song. From no singing experience, Mags taught me to develop my technique and breathing, I now feel fully prepared. Not only has this helped me in my singing auditions, but she has also taught me confidence skills I can transfer from singing to acting that have helped with nerves and focus before my auditions. Went to see Mags today, and couldn't be more pleased with the experience! We were a little nervous to begin with however we were put at ease immediately with her relaxed yet professional manner. We learnt more than we imagined and Mags helped us with so many techniques to get the best out of our singing voices. Given the fact she had NOTHING to work with, we came out feeling a lot more positive that we were not as bad as we thought and that singing should be fun and it was just that , thanks again Mags ! I could not sing a note but have always wanted to be able to. I found Mags by a chance Google and boy am I glad I did. She is an amazing teacher; so encouraging and supportive. She put me at my ease in my very first lesson, which was no mean feat given how scared I was. I have learnt so much in such a short space of time and I am constantly amazed at what she helps me achieve each week. Deciding to learn to sing with Mags is one of the best things I have ever done - not only am I learning to sing but it has improved my confidence, improved my performance in meetings at work and taught me lots of great breathing and relaxation techniques. Absolutely amazing tutor ! Completely easy to communicate to, always answers questions that I have and has done everything I've asked for thus far ! Magical MagsI've been singing in my own clumsy way for years. Within two lessons Mags had me hitting notes I never thought possible. .. and in tune!She's skilled, patient and encouraging. At times, during the exercises, it feels like I'm making farmyard animal noises, or warning sirens, but somehow it all helps. It's genius. Singing can feel like baring your soul. I am so glad I chose Mags as my singing coach. She makes you feel instantly at ease which is not easy to do when you have to stand and sing in front of somebody new! I've had lessons for just over a year now and have improved so much. Songs that I wouldn't have dared tried a year ago are starting to feel almost natural. Most importantly she has encouraged me to get out there and do something with my singing and so I have been in a studio and recorded a song - which I would never have had the confidence to do before. I started singing lessons with Mags maybe 3/4 months ago and she has helped me an unbelievable amount. From breathing technique to projection, everything has improved. Most importantly she has helped build my confidence, which was much needed. She encouraged me to enter Open Mic UK and I'm through to the Area Final! I never thought I'd be able to sing in front of people and now I am doing so. Her home studio is more than comfortable, quite spacious and is well equipped for singing lessons. A great teacher! I've been singing a few years as part of bands/duos and in solo performances, and Mags' lessons have certainly helped me improve my technique and confidence for tackling tougher vocal numbers. It's been really interesting and fun to analyse various songs, taking apart the challenging sections and using Mags' techniques to get on top of them. She's also been fantastically flexible in terms of enabling me to fit lessons around my work!!! More...

Well what can I say singing is the one thing I love in life. At school I was in the choir and in my teens dabbled in a bit of the old karaoke. Then I had my kids and left singing behind. As my kids are older I started going out more and found my passion for singing again, if not that well. But my hubby bought me the most amazing prezzy, singing lessons with Mags. I was so nervous on my first lesson, scared she would just laugh but she was great. She told me to make a list of songs I wanted to sing. On the day she asked me about the songs then picked the one I was most dreading doing as I just could not sing it. Well within 2 weeks applying the techniques she taught me I could hit all the notes in the song.It's hard to believe how much my voice is improving given the short time I have been having lessons. Mags is an amazing teacher, incredibly inspiring and encouraging. My singing and confidence improved dramatically during my lessons. Having never sung before she made me feel comfortable and relaxed enough to learn and enjoy the sessions. I have since sung in public and loved every minute of it!
