For ages our Mum was resistant to any kind of care assistance, until we introduced her to Pentacare! A small team of carers meant that Mum had a team she was able to get to know quickly and even go on to build friendships with. We are thrilled with the flexibility and quality of service our Mum now receives, and Mum is happy because it has allowed her to go on living independently at home, which is all she ever wanted. After using three care agencies previously, I can honestly say that finding Pentacare has been an absolute blessing the difference in the quality of care, communication, professionalism, and genuine. Compassion has been amazing not only are the Carers absolutely fantastic, kind patient caring, and always go above and beyond, but the management team are equally incredible. They are approachable, supportive, organised and truly care about both their clients and families. Nothing ever feels too much trouble, and you genuinely feel listened to and supported at all times most importantly, my Mum is now settled happy and thriving, which means the world to us as a family, the level of consistency and reassurance we have received has exceeded or expectations and for the first time in a long time, we feel completely confident and at ease with the care being provided. Pentacare have been calling in to care for my Mum twice weekly for a few months now. The care has been excellent and the carers have been exceptionally good, engaging personally with Mum and making her feel total relaxed in their presence. I am going to up the visitations to 3 times a week now. The company is very flexible to your specific needs. They provide a very professional, friendly and supportive service. My father-in-law’s ability to remain at home is 100% down to the excellent care given. PentaCare has enabled us as a family to facilitate his wishes for independent living whilst knowing he is safe, well fed & above all, part of a community of people who care for him.

Finally found a decent care company for my vulnerable & elderly mother .They place a small ,regular team of carers and if any are running slightly behind time or there is a slight change of Carer, Pentacare call or text me to let me know . This regular form of communication is reassuring for me ,since other care companies often lacked this personal but important & simple point …..to keep in regular touch & let the relation or client know !! The carers show much kindness and compassion towards my mother , are well trained and also treated well by Pentacare itself .I know the company look after their staff because the carers tell me ! And it also shows in the carers daily attitude towards their work .Weekly rosters are now being given to the clients by email or text , which helps in knowing the times carers attend .The carers are well trained in administering medications as sometimes my mother can be difficult with taking her meds .However ,with a touch of the carers kindness and a smile ,My mother feels less anxious and takes them !Thank you Pentacare ! During the final period of my dad’s life, we were incredibly fortunate to have someone who went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He didn’t just help with medication and basic care — he was there for everything. He helped with chores around the house, stayed overnight when needed, and was always on call when things became difficult.Some of the things he did for my dad and our family during those final days were not easy and, at times, quite confronting (and must have been very degrading for him also), but he handled them with compassion, dignity, and complete professionalism. Knowing someone so dependable and kind was there brought enormous comfort to us at a very difficult time.We will always be grateful for the care, respect, and humanity he showed my dad. I have been using Penta Care Bromley and Orpington to care for an elderly relative. I have been so impressed with the care and support they provide. I would like to firstly say thank you to those that provide care for my relative. I don't get to see them often but when I do, I ask how the care is going. We are grateful that some one is able to visit them daily to make sure they are ok and have company throughout the day. This gives us peace of mind as we can't always visit as we don't live local. I would recommend these services to others. The carers are kind and the office is always friendly when we speak to them.
