I’ve been training with Jack October 2024 and it has been a really positive experience.

I don’t track detailed measurements, but I can genuinely feel the difference — I have much more energy, feel stronger, and generally feel more positive and active day to day.

What I really like about Jack’s approach is how methodical and well structured the sessions are. Everything feels planned and purposeful, and the sessions are always safe, while still pushing me when needed to help me progress and build confidence.

There’s a great balance between being encouraged and being looked after properly. I genuinely enjoy the sessions and always come away feeling energised and motivated.

I would highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for professional, supportive, and effective personal training.

I’ve been training with Jack since October 2024 and I’m genuinely impressed with the progress I’ve made.

What really stands out is how methodical and well-structured his training plans are. Every session has a clear purpose and builds logically towards longer-term goals — nothing feels random or rushed. Jake knows how to push you in the right way: challenging enough to make progress, but always sensible and safe.

Even without having detailed “before” measurements, I can clearly feel the benefits in my strength, consistency, and overall confidence. Recent body composition readings have also been encouraging, which reinforces that the training is working in the right direction.

If you’re looking for a trainer who takes a thoughtful, disciplined approach and genuinely helps you move towards where you want to be, I would highly recommend Jack

I have had three sessions with Jack to date and his training is exactly what I have been looking for. Total attention to form with each exercise, a great variety of machines and exercises in our routine and minimum chat (but just a mention when Talking Heads comes on the sound system). Hi my name is Jack, lead instructor with The Move Way! I help those I work with by being there for them every step of the way, from our first conversation I wanted them to succeed. Having fitness built into your weekly routine is so important and being a part of that for people is an incredibly fulfilling feeling.

The secret? Come a bit closer...time. You need to allow yourself time to get there. Especially in today's day and age, people can be disheartened because they are not seeing the results they thought they would immediately. So long as everything is balanced in a healthy way, there is no reason why you shouldn't start seeing teasers of the body of your dreams after the first month of working with me.

I love seeing people, see themselves in a new light. Be that from, impressing themselves because they did not know they could even move that way. Or come back in a following session and tell me that they are able to move that little bit better already. Maybe, if they have be worried about working around an injury, they tell me that they feel much better.

To be able to talk to the client directly is crucial. That can be lost when working within another organisation, the messaging can get scrambled. The Move Way has a very clear objective that we are looking to expand with time.

You should choose The Move Way as it is built to equip you with life skills regardless of your age. Our prices are fair, understanding that personal training is, for a lot of people, a luxury expense. And so we have packages and offers year round to make sure we are always considering our audience.
