We're supposed to buy the property in Belfast for cash. When we realised the conveyancing process was slow, we took advantage by applying for a mortgage. Constance Finance Limited was the quickest to respond. We did not entertain the rest who contacted late when we advertised looking for a mortgage broker. Cyril was so warm, friendly, very welcoming, and never judgmental, as first-time property investors looking to start our BTL portfolio via a company. They (Salvador and Cyril) are swift to complete all the processes correctly, from gathering all the information needed for a full mortgage application to finalising the application. My wife and I are heavily involved at every step, making sure all the information and documentation are correct. When it was finally submitted, just a few days later, the result came out, and the mortgage was offered. We are in disbelief at how things unfolded before the conveyancing was through, and this time, we gladly advised that it will now be acquired via a mortgage, and we have a mortgage offer in place. Two months later, we are planning to acquire a property this time in Manchester. After viewing the property, and our offer was accepted, we again sought the help of Salvador. We informed Constance Finance Limited via Salvador Fernandes on January 29, 2026. He immediately processed all documentation and applied for a full mortgage application. February 13, the applications have been approved, and we are over the moon. We can’t thank Constance Finance Limited enough, especially mentioning Salvador Ferdnandes for making all of this possible—the trust and confidence he put in us. You will not fail.
