Excellent service. Came out and gave us a reasonable quote to have a tree cut right back and all waste disposed of. The work was done the next day very professionally. Highly recommended!

Rob and his crew popped out to reduce a large tree in the corner remove a large hawthorn tree and remove a small beach tree made an excellent job clean tidy and kept it simple for us would definitely use again in the future thanks guys

Poor customer service!

After responding to my request for quotation - I was offered 4 different prices within a 10 minute window with the price dropping by over 40% without me bargaining, just saying that I wanted to collate some other quotes before making a decision. To me this clearly shows that the initial price was chancing an opportunity to rip me off.

After accepting the quote and agreeing the start of work, the next day I was called and chased for another £100 which was not aligned with what we had agreed the day before and was spoken to very unprofessionally. Following completion of the work, I was messaged 4 times within 4 hours of the work being done chasing payment despite having not even been sent an invoice for the work yet. I would expect a contractor to wait at least 12-24 hours after issuing an invoice before repeatedly chasing payment. I found this incredibly rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. More...

The extra £100 was for extra work… The price differences were due to including different services also different time frames Your one of only a few customers which i had to chase payment as i dont think any one else would go through the shame of being asked to send payment after having a service completed Also this work was carried out on the 23rd of july any reason for only doing a review now ?

Needed a step doing outside our patio doors contacted rob he ran me through a few different styles. Made up my mind on which one got him around and within a couple days my step was built.

Called rob regarding some weeding issues with me not able anymore to keep up with them keep growing back rob talked me through a few no maintenance options as I still wanted to keep my garden tidy but also no hassle so I ended up going for the woodland bark option which was also recommended by rob job is now finished and couldn’t be happier great team of lads will be using them again in the future

My mums garden was quite over grown and fences and decking etc were all past there time so thankfully rob got recommended to me by a family member so I contacted rob and in the matter of an hour rob was round and got me and my mum a quote to get the job sorted we came to a agreement and 2 weeks later the garden has had a complete make over couldn’t be happier rob also talked me through step by step so my mum could make minor adjustments through the stages rob and his lads have done a fantastic job and my mum was very pleased and thankful great company would use again .

Robert and his team did some excellent work for me back in April.
Was kept informed and updated on all the steps going through my project.
