What do you love most about your job?
For me success is measured by what I am able to inspire others to achieve.
I truly love working with people, helping them to discover, grow and achieve their aspirations to become the best they can be.
For some the journey is relatively short for others its longer but every person is an individual and unique which makes working with my clients different and full of variety and in turn I am inspired by their commitment, energy and ultimately by what they achieve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always had a dream to start and run my own business so I could focus on doing more of the things I loved like coaching and leadership developnment and after taking maternity leave after having my son decided to take the plunge.
That was 9 years ago and I've never looked back.

Coaching for individuals and business: Coaching is an interactive process, a relationship between the coach and the client, that allows you, the client, to discover your own solutions and plan of action.
