This depends on each couple. Normally, we’ll take photos of the wedding preparations from the bridal party and the groomsmen, as well as before, during, and after the ceremony. We also offer add-on services if our customers want to photograph moments from their reception and party. Plus, they can choose whether they want a first look shoot and engagement photos in the weeks leading up to the wedding.
It normally takes between 2-6 weeks for us to get the wedding photos back to the couple. This depends on how many photos are taken and what format the customers want their photos. A lot of the time is taken up by the editing process, as well as organising the photos to be printed as a wedding photo album, if the customer requested a physical copy. We can normally send digital, fully-edited copies of the wedding photos back to the customer two weeks after the wedding.
For most weddings, I’ll take around 4000-5000 photos. I’ll then whittle these down to around 600 photos by selecting the best, before editing them. Once I’m happy with the edits, the photos will be organised into different folders, such as ‘Pre-ceremony’, ‘Ceremony’, and ‘Post-ceremony’. I’ll then upload them to a photo-sharing service. If the customer has asked for physical copies, I usually suggest that they select their favourite 100-150 photos. After they’ve made their choices, I’ll send the photos off to print.

Dave captured so many feelings from so many angles -- he expertly tossed in some black & whites, panoramics/landscapes, different poses and shading and lighting, and really captured the essence of every moment, from the tear in my eye when I first saw the love of my life come down that aisle in her jaw-dropping white gown with her father to give her away to me for the rest of our lives, to the joy on our faces afterwards, the happiness of the audience, the beauty of the day itself, both early in the day when we started and then towards the end of the reception when the sun angle had changed, to the hilarity of cutting the cake, everyone having an absolute blast dancing...which, some of our fav photos are of the dance floor (which was rockin'!) ...but the angles & effects that were put on, we're admiringly wondering: "how does he DO that?!" -- we've been excitedly telling people all about these shots if you can't tell -- and of course we're going crazy over our trusty shutterbug's work on everyone's favorite, the TABLE DASH (which every reception would be incomplete without!) -- we could go on all day, but suffice it to say, when my gorgeous new wife, who is my night and my day, said "I'm so happy, now I can see how much fun I was having, and how happy I definitely was throughout, I am so thankful!... and i really love this one of me.... and THAT one.... and look at THIS one!!" (Weddings can be extra stressful on many brides, and they can have high expectations for themselves, folks!) .. when i saw the joy and the relief & the euphoria on her face after the emotional rollercoaster weddings can be, thanks to these incredible photos.... I knew that my appreciation for Dave & BlueSun would be forever and that I absolutely had to let the world know. So thank you Cohens!! You guys are incredible, thank you for being "above & beyond" both as a company and, I can tell, as people! God bless you both and if there's ever any big events coming up, you's guys (as we say in Delco/Philly) better believe BlueSun is going to get brought up early and often!! Doug is a true professional! He made everyone feel at ease and we're not keen on being the center of attention. He spoke with us several times before our wedding in preparation to to get every detail we were envisioning before our big day. He caught all of our special moments without a hitch. I was also impressed with how quickly he completed the editing process and shared it with us. We also utilized him with creating a video montage for our special day and he caught all the important moments while also capturing beautiful pictures. He created a wonderful wedding keepsake which we cherish. I would highly recommend Doug again!

Mr. Berger was pleasant and most importantly, prompt and professional. He paid attention to detail, and captured the beauty of the home . His turnaround time was exceptional, allowing me to begin marketing the home within 1 day. I will definitely use him again.
