What do you love most about your job?

We love finding creative solutions to complex problems. At the end of the day we're risk mitigators. You're taking a risk by spending money for a product that is not a finite, immediately tangible thing. We're not running materials through a production line and spitting out perfectly standardized widgets. Each job has its own intricacies and personality, and you have to be able to uncover those as you work through it. This industry requires experience, confidence, and creative problem solving skills and we loooooove that.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Before we formed our company we had spent years as workers in the industry...Selling, shooting, trial and error, pushing someone else's product. We watched a million different opportunities get sold and managed the wrong way, and when we finally had an opportunity to manage something together, on our own, it opened our eyes to a better way of treating people and delivering product. We know what it's like to feel like you "have" to pay for services. Hiring someone not because you really want to, but because you feel like you have to. We want people to work with us because they want to...Because we take the time to get to know them and their needs, do our best to meet them where they're at, and create unique solutions for those needs. We sell our product joyfully because people deserve quality work from people they can trust, and we love being those people.
