I had an injury last May and sustained an injury in my knee and low back that caused an issue (anterolisthesis) resulting in nerve compression. This did not affect my back but significantly affected both my legs! Like a light switch, I experienced extreme fatigue/stiffness/strange pain in both legs that affected everything I did. I started doing PT with Jonathan and he's been working with me since last June. I can't sing his praises enough! And for his team as well (Flavia is so great). Jonathan completely tailored my therapy to me and what I needed and could do. He has taught me how to stand, how to sit, how to sleep and basically how to move through all activities without placing sress on my back. I'm so glad to say, I have improved immensely since this journey began. I am now working with Steve Johng, personal trainer, and he is great as well. I have all confidence that very soon, that switch will go the other way and I will be back to my "normal" before my accident. I recommend RPM physical therapy without reservation!

I am always a little nervous about trying something new and going to new classes. It can be intimidating. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and it put me at ease. Everyone in the class was friendly and focused. Ashley was absolutely amazing and took the time to go over the different techniques and explain the workout. I workout regularly, but this pushed me to my limits. I highly recommend for any level of fitness.... I will be back!

Diane Hennigan and her staff are great instructors. Â They are well trained, professional and just great women to be around. Â I have been a client of Diane's since the mid nineties following her through her transitions from personal trainer to her current status as a certified Stott instructor owning her own studio. Â She and her staff are very aware of their clients limitations and adjusts their training to accommodate those needs. The studio offer a wide range of classes with private, duet or group sessions. Â It is a relaxing environment. Check out her website and view here photos to get a feel for the atmosphere of the studio

Alex has been my personal trainer for a little over a year. When I started with Alex I could barely do one sit-up and pushup. She makes routines that are individualized to my needs and are challenging, but not more than I can handle. All of her efforts have made me stronger and more flexible. She is an enthusiastic and positive person and seeing her always improves my attitude.

I took my first class at YJ last night and it was awesome! Super clean and beautiful facility. Dave is extremely motivating. He took the time to show me and a few others how to perform a few of the exercises without stopping the whole class. Working out with a group is so much better and productive than working out alone in a gym. I will absolutely be back for more!

A certified trainer provides a level of personalization that a group class cannot. By focusing on your specific goals—whether that's recovering from an injury or training for a local event—you'll see faster, safer results.
Safety and expertise should be your top priorities. Ensure your coach holds a credential from a recognized body such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM. If you are looking for high-performance athletic training, look for an NSCA-certified specialist (CSCS).
One of the best ways to lower your bill is the hybrid approach. Use a personal trainer for a weekly check-in to perfect your technique, then apply what you've learned in your own solo workouts at the gym or at home.
