Hi, my name is Karisha. For years I struggled with my weight until I was diagnosed with diabetes and I knew I had to do make serious changes or I’d be taking medications my whole life. Within one year, I lost over 120 lbs by exercising consistently and making lifestyle changes with my diet. Through my own journey I developed a passion for fitness, strength training, and powerlifting. When I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology Exercise Science and became a Certified Personal Trainer and created No Bounds Fitness to begin a career helping others to finally reach their health and fitness goals. The meaning behind No Bounds Fitness is to not allow any excuse or obstacle in life, whether it be time, kids, school, work, or money, to limit you or become a 'bound'ary that holds you back from your fitness goals. I have continued my education to further support my clients by completing my Masters of Science in Nutrition and becoming a Nutrition Coach, as well as becoming a Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach. I work with clients online and in person in Spring, Texas. I am committed to my helping my clients feel empowered and motivated to achieve and maintain their health and fitness goals through nutrition coaching, and effective and fun workouts that allow them to adopt sustainable healthy living habits.

I design workouts my clients enjoy that increase strength, muscle definition, reduce body fat, and increase flexibility. Nutrition plans custom made to be sustainable, easy, and foods my clients actually like eating. I create plans my clients love so they will adhere to their programs and create new habits over time that result in reaching their main goals.

Sustainability, commitment, patience, and consistency.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people achieve goals they never thought they could. I love seeing clients get excited about seeing muscle definition they have never seen before, the scale going down, their clothes fitting better, or having to buy new clothes because their old ones are too big now. I love helping clients prove to themselves that they can break old habits and create new ones they have wanted to do for years and didn't know how to get there. I love seeing my clients get stronger and hit new personal records during different exercises. I love being apart of my clients journeys.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to be empowered to help others without being told things have to be done a certain way. I wanted freedom to make my own hours and prices to be able to work with more people who really want to make lifestyle changes. I wanted to help others in my own way.

Yes. I work with clients in person and online. I have a training app for online clients to access their workouts, nutrition plans, track progress, and contact me 24/7.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

6 feet apart from clients and others training in the gym. I always have on a mask. Sanitation stations around the gym. Cleaning all equipment between uses. Gym is professionally cleaned and disinfected regularly.
